Senior C#.NET Core Developer to work on an ESM Implementation Project

Our client is looking for a Senior C#.NET Core Developer to work on an ESM Implementation Project
 
The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Implementation project will design, configure, test and implement the chosen ESM solution, Freshservice by Freshworks. The solutionwill facilitate the receipt, triage, transfer and resolution of inquiries and requests to support the Student Service Centre, Staff Service Centre, and IT Service Management.
 
Must have:

• Experience planning and documenting integration requirements

• Experience building integrations

• C#, .NET Core

• Strong understanding of API development methodologies

• Strong understanding of database management, data flow diagrams, object modeling, data aggregation (query, materialized views, etc.), data transformation, and data quality

 
Nice to have
 

• Experience with Freshworks products is desirable although not required

• Experience in a post-secondary education environment is desirable

 
Responsibilities:
 

• Performs Enterprise level integration of Identity Management Services for data manipulation, synchronization, and

• integrity.

• Creates Enterprise Level custom tools allowing clients to manage and manipulate their data.

• Creates components used in larger complex systems.

• Creates custom modules and tests for central IT infrastructure services.

• Provides or assist with custom integration of client systems.

• Overtime duties may be required as we operate a 24x7 production environment.
