Senior Web (Front End) Developer required for Loan project

Our GTA based, Municipal Government client requires a Senior Web (Front End) Developer required for Loan project.

ROLE:
 
The Web Development Specialist will be responsible for:

• Developing Front-End applications for HELP Project, using HTML5, Javascript, CSS and APIs

• Contribute to overall solution Architecture documentation, including information for integrating with various applications.

• Build AODA Compliance Front-End Application using Client’s Frameworks and technologies (HTNL3, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Backbone, REST APIs, and JSON Objects).

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience in software development for large-scale or enterprisewide application development projects including recent AWS cloud experience.

• 5+ years of Modern front-end Development experience (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, AJAX, Bootstrap (understanding Bootstrap is less than 5 years old).

• Experienced with WCAG 2.0 (W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0) and in the design of accessible websites across a range of

• technologies and type of devices (e.g. desktop, mobile).

• 5+ years of experience developing front-end apps integrated with JSON RESTful APIs, including developing Single Page Applications, and in developing Webservices, WSDL, XML Schemas and JSON REST APIs. 

• 5+ years of RESTful API Development experience;

• 3+ years using version control systems specifically Git
